Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy logistics operation in Tilbury, working on a permanent night shift, Monday to Friday.

This is a hands-on warehouse role working as part of a busy team. The role will involve handling inbound and outbound goods, preparing deliveries and ensuring products are accurately scanned, picked and packed.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading lorries and processing inbound deliveries
• Loading lorries ready for customer deliveries
• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Scanning products using warehouse scanning systems
• Checking goods and ensuring stock is handled correctly
• Processing and dealing with returned goods
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all health & safety and warehouse procedures
• Carrying out manual handling duties, including heavy lifting

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
• Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have good attention to detail

Monday to Friday, 21:00 – 06:00
