Looking for a warehouse role with regular shifts, weekly pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent position?

Meridian Business Support is recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a leading logistics client based at a modern distribution centre in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with PPT or LLOP experience seeking ongoing work within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Own transport is essential due to the location of the site.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring stock is moved, picked and processed accurately to support customer orders across the UK.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking orders using a voice-picking system
• Operating PPT and LLOP trucks safely and efficiently
• Moving products throughout the distribution centre
• Loading stock into designated locations
• Working towards productivity and accuracy targets
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

This Warehouse Operative position would suit candidates with previous experience as an Order Picker, Voice Picker, Picker Packer, PPT Driver, LLOP Driver, Logistics Operative, Distribution Operative or Warehouse Assistant.

Shift Pattern & Pay - 4 on, 4 off Days

• 06:00 - 18:00
• £13.83 per hour
• Weekly pay

To be considered for this Warehouse Operative role, you will need:

• Previous PPT or LLOP experience
• Experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, target-driven operation
• A reliable and positive approach to work
• Own transport due to site location
