Salary: £32,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Production / Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently looking to recruit a motivated and proactive Supervisor to join our client’s busy operation based in Highbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfilment environment who is either already working in a supervisory position or looking to take the next step into a leadership role.

This is a hands-on role where you will support day-to-day operations, help coordinate workloads, and ensure high standards are maintained across productivity, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of warehouse / production operations
• Coordinating workloads and allocating duties across teams effectively
• Monitoring productivity and quality standards to ensure targets are achieved
• Supporting and motivating team members within a fast-paced environment
• Assisting with training and onboarding of new staff
• Promoting safe working practices and maintaining health & safety standards
• Identifying areas for improvement and supporting operational efficiency
• Assisting with KPI tracking and operational reporting where required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience within a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or fulfilment environment
• Existing team leader / supervisory experience would be beneficial, but not essential
• Candidates looking to progress into a Supervisor role are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, proactive, and hands-on attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities effectively
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
