Job Description:

Warehouse Operatives - Fareham - Immediate Starts Available!

TeamJobs are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse in Fareham starting Monday 10th August.

Own transport is required due to the shift times and location.

Shifts Available:

• 6:00am - 2:00pm - Monday to Friday
• 10am - 6pm - Monday to Friday
• 2:00pm - 10:00pm - Sunday to Thursday (Rest days Friday & Saturday)

Pay Rates:

• £13.78ph - standard shift
• £15.85ph - 15% shift allowance between 6pm - 10pm
• £17.23ph - 25% shift allowance between 10pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders
• Loading and unloading vehicles (de-kit)
• Baling cardboard and recycling materials
• Supporting the warehouse operation with indirect tasks
• General warehouse duties
• Heavy lifting required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
• Reliable with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with manual handling
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
