Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Warranty Administrator to join a reputable dealership in Bournemouth, Dorset. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to develop their career within a well-established organisation.

Duties of the Warranty Administrator:

• Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately
• Liaise with manufacturer and dealership teams to ensure smooth warranty procedures
• Manage warranty schedules and documentation
• Support the service department to optimise workflow and customer satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with warranty policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout all warranty processes

Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:

• Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, ideally within a main dealer franchise
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good understanding of warranty processes and industry standards
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Industry knowledge and experience with premium brands is desirable
