Job Description:

Work Experience Coordinator – Full Time or Part Time considered

CLOSING DATE: Monday, 5th of October 2026

A GREAT OPPORTUNITY to join our team with further career progression available including training to become a Health and Safety Assessor or a qualified Careers Adviser.

Hours: Full Time (37 hrs per week Monday – Friday) or will consider Part Time

Location: Northwich

Key Skills Required:

• Self-motivated and able to use initiative.
• Excellent, phone and communication skills.
• Well organised with an attention to detail.
• Team player.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office packages.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• A good general education including GCSEs in Mathematics and English (essential).
• A Level 3 or above qualification in business administration / customer care (desirable).
• At least two years administration experience (essential).
• Some experience of working within the education sector (desirable).

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate work experience programmes with a range of schools / colleges.
• Undertake employer engagement activities with businesses to provide work experience placements for students.
• Liaise closely with Health and Safety Assessors to ensure all placements are safe and suitable.
• Assist the Operations Manager in quality assurance checks of work experience activities to agreed timetable.
