**Year 4 Teacher - KS2**
Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity | Potential to Start Before September | Aspire People

Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced **Year 4 Teacher** to join a supportive and welcoming primary school. The school is looking to appoint a strong classroom practitioner on a full-time basis from September; however, there is the potential for the successful candidate to start sooner to allow for a smoother transition into the role.

The school is specifically seeking an experienced teacher rather than an ECT, due to the needs of the class and the importance of maintaining consistency and strong classroom leadership within Lower KS2.

**The Role:**
* Full teaching responsibility within a Year 4 classroom
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
* Supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally
* Preparing and adapting lessons to meet a range of learning abilities
* Using effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress
* Creating a positive and structured classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with the wider KS2 team and leadership staff

The school is looking for someone confident teaching within KS2 who can quickly build strong relationships with pupils and staff. While the current requirement is for Year 4, there may be flexibility depending on the successful teacher's strengths and experience.

**The Ideal Candidate Will:**
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have recent experience teaching within KS2 in a UK primary school
* Be confident managing behaviour and maintaining high expectations
* Have strong curriculum knowledge across KS2
* Be organised, proactive, and reliable
* Be committed to making a positive impact within the school
