Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Account Coordinator to join a highly reputable and well-established projects company in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships and is confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

No previous experience within the industry is required. We are looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and flexible, with the ability to respond quickly when priorities change. No two days will be the same, so a proactive approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure are key to success in this role.

• Previous experience within an account coordination, project support, administration or customer-facing role
• Experience working within a project-based environment
• Industry experience is not essential

• Coordinating multiple accounts and projects from start to finish
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing deadlines and ensuring key deliverables are completed on time
• Coordinating information between different departments and stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and responding quickly to changes or issues
• Managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements
• Providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all relevant documentation is up to date
• Supporting the wider team with general account and project coordination duties

As an Account Coordinator, you will need to be highly organised, adaptable and confident working in a fast-moving environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing strict deadlines, juggling multiple priorities and adjusting their approach when circumstances change.

Most importantly, you will be a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in delivering a high standard of work and is able to remain flexible when no two days are the same.
