Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm | Site Based
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Technical Account Manager to join a high-profile commercial site in West London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically qualified engineering professional with strong leadership and client management experience to oversee the delivery of engineering services within a complex and operationally critical environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 9 engineers, ensuring service excellence, technical compliance, and the reliable operation of critical building infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of 9 engineers.
- Ensure all engineering services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for the client and key stakeholders.
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Drive compliance with statutory regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Manage specialist subcontractors and service providers.
- Monitor contract performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
- Support budget management and reporting.
- Identify and implement operational improvements.
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience within a senior Facilities Management, Engineering Management, or Technical Account Management role.
- Strong electrical engineering background.
- Experience managing engineering teams within a hard FM environment.
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and health & safety legislation.
- Commercially aware with experience managing service delivery and contract performance.
