Account Manager – IT Solutions

Glasgow
 £30,000 – £45,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission & Bonus

Are you an ambitious Account Manager with a passion for technology and building great customer relationships?

We are working with an established and growing UK IT solutions provider that delivers a wide range of technology solutions, including IT hardware and infrastructure, software and licensing, cyber security, IT support, cloud and backup solutions, and voice and data services.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a driven Account Manager to join their Glasgow team and play a key role in developing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers. You'll take the time to understand their businesses, uncover opportunities and work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions that genuinely add value.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
• Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell IT solutions and services
• Generating new business opportunities and building your pipeline
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right technology solutions
• Working closely with internal technical and sales teams
• Managing opportunities from initial conversation through to close
• Delivering excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident speaking with customers and motivated by earning uncapped commission.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development
• Experience within the IT, technology, MSP or reseller space would be highly desirable
• A strong ability to build relationships and spot commercial opportunities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive and ambitious approach to sales
