Account Manager – MSP

Bradford (Hybrid)

£45,000–£60,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (OTE £70K+)

We’re working with a well-established and rapidly growing Managed Service Provider based in Bradford, delivering IT support, cloud infrastructure, and cyber security solutions to organisations across the UK. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and a customer-first approach, they are expanding their commercial team to support continued growth.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of an established client portfolio while also playing a key role in driving new business growth.

You’ll be responsible for building long-term client relationships, increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and generating new opportunities through outbound activity and cold calling. This is a hybrid role that blends account management with a strong focus on new business development.

You won’t be required to bring an existing client base, but you should be confident in identifying and winning new business alongside managing current accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships within an established portfolio of MSP clients
• Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT, cloud, and cyber security services
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular client reviews to uncover growth opportunities
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver tailored solutions
• Drive new business through outbound outreach and cold calling
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across Bradford and the wider UK market

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in account management within an MSP or IT services environment
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of revenue generation
• Comfortable with cold calling and proactive business development
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while developing new opportunities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
