Job Description:

We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a thriving Estate Agency who lead the way across the Cotswolds. Due to continuous expansion are continued growth in the market our clients is looking to onboard an Accounts Administrator on a part time basis.
 
This Accounts Administrator role will have you covering AP, AR, general reconciling and uploading of customer data onto their CRM’s.
 
Within this role you were partner with all areas of the business and directly report into the Business and Finance Manager.
 
Our client uses a bespoke accountancy software however exposure across SAGE/SAP/XERO is advantageous.
 
Role Overview:
 

• Monday to Friday either 09:30am – 14:30pm or 10:00am – 14:00pm (20 – 25 hours per week)
• Starting wage is £13.50 per houR

 
 
This Accounts Administrator role will hold the below responsibilities:
 

• Working with the Business and Finance Manager on daily accounts escalations
• Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining ledgers
• Processing invoices
• Issuing payments
• Creating client invoices
• Reconciling and credit control as and when required
• Updating customers records
• Resolve and billing enquiries

 
 
The ideal candidate for the Accounts Administrator role will include:
 

• Previous Accounts exposure is essential
• Previous exposure working for an estate agency would be advantageous
• Microsoft office proficient including Excel
• Attentive with excellent reconciling skills
• A naturally confident communicator
