Accounts Payable Admin

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting business who are actively seeking an Accounts Payable Admin to join the team at their office in Swanley.

Duties

• Input invoices accurately
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
• Recording & reconciliation of credit card's
• Resolve query transactions
• Regular contact with internal stakeholders.
• Reconciliation and maintenance of multiple ledgers
• Ad-hoc reporting and other duties as required

Requirements:

• Experience in an Accounts Payable position
• Strong communication skills

Salary additional information:

• £27,000 - £30,000
• Hybrid Working, 3 days in the office
