New Permanent Opportunity - Area Supervisor - Central London - £33,000 rising to £35,000 after probation

We are recruiting for an Area Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of approximately 30 contracts across Central London. Reporting into the Area Manager, you will play a key role in supporting service delivery across the portfolio, ensuring high standards are maintained while building strong relationships with both clients and site teams.

Your Role

• Supporting the management and performance of approximately 30 cleaning contracts across Central London

• Conducting regular site visits and quality audits

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Supporting the recruitment, induction, training, and development of cleaning operatives

• Managing employee performance and attendance across the portfolio

• Ensuring service delivery standards, KPIs, and contractual requirements are consistently met

• Carrying out spot checks, audits, and compliance inspections

• Assisting with staff scheduling and arranging cover where required

• Resolving day-to-day operational issues quickly and professionally

• Supporting contract mobilisations and business growth initiatives

About You

• Previous experience within cleaning, facilities management, or support services

• Experience supervising teams across multiple sites

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities

• Able to work independently and manage a busy workload

• Ambitious and looking to progress within the FM industry

• Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach to management

Central London

All sites are located within Central London, and a travel card is provided, meaning there is no requirement to drive between contracts.
