Immediate Hiring: Electromechanical Technician - Milton Keynes

Position: Electromechanical Technician (Permanent)
Location: Milton Keynes
Pay: £27,000 - £30,000 + overtime (1.5x / 2x)
Hours: Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 16:30 / 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (Shift premium after 6pm)

What You'll Do:

• Assemble mechanical systems, install hydraulics, and handle electrical wiring.
• Follow structured build stages accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality products.
• Continuously improve processes using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Expand your skills across multiple production lines.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in hands-on assembly or similar roles.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Strong communicator at all levels, including with customers.
• Enthusiastic team player ready to learn and grow.
