Job Description:

A professional, modern Chartered Surveying consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with residential project exposure.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

Joining the company's London office, the Partners are looking to add a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is able to undertake basic pre and post contract tasks on a variety of high-end projects for private clients.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will get good client exposure, and join several other Quantity Surveyors at a similar level who are also working towards becoming MRICS.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• 12+ months Quantity Surveying experience
• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Basic pre and post contract experience
• Residential project experience, or a keen interest in this sector
• Professional, hard-working character
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
