I'm currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join a large multi phased residential development in Cambridgeshire with a well known PLC housebuilder.

This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with an established developer.

Details of the role:

• Assistant Site Manager
• Cambridgeshire
• Immediate start available
• Temp to perm opportunity
• £220-£230 per day (negotiable depending on experience)
• Up to £47,500 salary on a permanent basis
• Interviews required before start

The project:

• Large multi phased residential development
• Working with an established PLC housebuilder
• Long term project with strong career prospects
• Excellent opportunity to gain further experience on a sizeable live development

Experience required

• Previous experience working for a PLC housebuilder
• Strong understanding of NHBC standards
• Residential construction experience essential
• Someone organised, proactive and keen to progress their career
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid ideally
