Your Role

You'll partner with schools across the West Midlands, helping them recruit outstanding education professionals while building your own successful client portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Headhunting candidates
• Interviewing education professionals
• Building relationships with schools
• Negotiating recruitment fees
• Managing vacancies
• Working towards achievable targets with uncapped commission

No recruitment background required.
