Are you an experienced Business Development Manager within the non-regulated Bridging Finance market? Perhaps you're already operating as a Head of Sales, or maybe you're an ambitious senior BDM looking for the opportunity to step into a leadership position.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing new broker relationships, strengthening existing partnerships and driving lending volumes across the UK.

About You

• Extensive experience within non-regulated Bridging Finance.
• A proven track record of consistently delivering lending volumes and sales growth.
• Strong broker and introducer relationships.
• Excellent knowledge of the Bridging market.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing a sales team, or the ambition and ability to step into a senior leadership role.

Package and salary will be structured around your current earnings, experience and proven track record, with a guaranteed increase on your existing basic salary.
