Senior Business Development Manager – Industrial Bulk Packaging / IBC Solutions

£40,000 - £60,000 Basic + £6,500 Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits

Are you currently selling Industrial Bulk Containers (IBCs) or industrial bulk packaging solutions? Do you already have strong relationships within the chemical, polymer or pharmaceutical sectors? If so, we'd like to speak with you.

We're recruiting on behalf of a long-established UK manufacturer with an outstanding reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable bulk packaging solutions. This is an opportunity to inherit a respected brand whilst having the autonomy to build your own territory and maximise your earnings.

The Role

You'll be responsible for winning new business and developing key accounts across the UK, promoting a premium range of reusable industrial bulk container solutions to customers within the chemical, polymer, catalyst and pharmaceutical industries.

This is a true hunter role where your existing industry knowledge and commercial network will allow you to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing new business opportunities across the UK.
• Managing and growing key customer accounts.
• Building relationships with procurement, supply chain and engineering decision makers.
• Preparing quotations, proposals and commercial presentations.
• Managing your own sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Working closely with technical and operations teams to deliver bespoke customer solutions.

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates who:

• Have experience selling IBCs or industrial bulk packaging solutions.
• Have an established customer network within the chemical, polymer, catalyst or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Are proven business developers with strong account management skills.
• Are commercially driven and confident managing complex B2B sales cycles.
• Enjoy working autonomously in a field-based role.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
