Business Development Manager | Scotland

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef, sous chef, kitchen manager or foodservice professional to take their hospitality expertise into a customer-facing role with one of Europe's leading commercial cooking equipment manufacturers.

Instead of working evenings and weekends in a busy kitchen, you'll be showcasing cutting-edge cooking technology to chefs, distributors and hospitality operators across Scotland. This is a highly consultative role focused on live product demonstrations, relationship building and helping kitchens improve efficiency, consistency and food quality.

✅ £33,000-£36,000 basic salary

The Role

You'll work with chefs, catering operators and distributors across Scotland, demonstrating innovative oven technology that helps kitchens save time, energy, labour and space. You'll run engaging product demonstrations, build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor to customers throughout the hospitality sector.

About You

✔ Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager or hospitality professional looking for a new challenge
