Senior Business Development Manager – Site Security
Location: London / Patch determined on your location
Package: Up to £55,000 basic + uncapped commission + company vehicle or car allowance

NexHire is partnering with a growing site security business to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager, helping expand its presence across London and the South East.

Providing rapid deployment CCTV and site security solutions to construction and related markets, the business has ambitious expansion plans. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your territory, win new clients and build long-term relationships, with room to develop your career as the business grows.

The opportunity

You’ll play a key role in developing new business, using your industry knowledge and network to identify opportunities and provide solutions that meet customers’ site security needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Winning new business across construction, infrastructure and related sectors.

• Building relationships with decision-makers, from site teams through to procurement and senior leadership.

• Managing the full sales process, from initial approach and site meetings through to proposals, negotiation and close.

• Growing existing accounts by identifying further projects and opportunities.

• Working closely with operational teams to ensure a smooth handover and reliable service.

• Taking ownership of your pipeline, forecasts and territory development plan.

About you

You’ll be an established business development professional with a track record of winning new business and developing commercial relationships.

The key market for our partner is construction, if you come from a background where you build relationships in the sector, we'd love to chat with you. Further industries also considered infrastructure, renewables, FM and vacant property. 

You’ll be confident opening doors, comfortable managing a territory independently and motivated by the opportunity to make a visible contribution to a growing business.
