Location: Warrington (WA2 7LT)

Salary:     £28,000 + Bonus + Commission

• Currently working within healthcare, clinical, or medical B2B environments, specifically in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
• An ambitious individual looking for a move away from restrictive sales environments into a role offering autonomy and career growth.
• Someone who values long-term relationships and believes in the "human difference" when dealing with clients.
• Driven, resilient, and eager to take personal responsibility for managing their own career and success.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Key Skills

• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of outbound activity and opening new accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging confidently with healthcare decision-makers at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a pipeline and forecast results.
• A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.
• Computer literate with experience managing data on CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound sales calls and lead generation activities to target new healthcare clients.
• Transition from setting appointments for others to overseeing the full sales process from start to finish, identifying strategic direction and opportunities for growth.
• Build and establish long-term relationships with new and inactive accounts, eventually conducting face-to-face client visits.
• Work collaboratively with our specialist delivery team, providing them with clear client requirements to ensure successful talent placement.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of your sales activity, pipelines, and conversion metrics on the internal database.
• Act as an ambassador for Levicare, ensuring service quality and demonstrating our core values in every interaction.
