Business Development Manager

Facilities Management | Maintenance | Property Services | Field-Based

An ambitious and growing business within the facilities, maintenance and property services sector is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new-business growth.

This is a genuine new-business role for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and winning new clients. You will have significant autonomy to develop your own pipeline and manage the sales process from initial prospecting through to contract negotiation and conversion.

The successful candidate will ideally have proven business development experience within Facilities Management, Maintenance, Construction, Property or Electrical Services, with a strong track record of generating their own leads and achieving sales targets.

You will need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, confidence dealing with decision-makers and a full UK driving licence.
