Our client, a reputable dealership located in Dartford, is seeking a skilled Car Sales Executive to join their team. • Basic salary of £21,000 with an OTE exceeding £45,000

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Engage professionally with customers to identify their vehicle requirements and provide expert advice
• Present and demonstrate new and used cars to prospective buyers to maximise sales opportunities
• Achieve individual sales targets by developing strong customer relationships and following up effectively
• Manage leads efficiently using dealership CRM systems, tracking sales progress and customer interactions
• Assist customers with finance, warranty, and insurance options to enhance the purchasing experience
• Maintain detailed product knowledge to promote the dealership’s vehicle range and special offers
• Support dealership marketing initiatives and actively promote ongoing promotions
• Ensure a high standard of customer service, fostering repeat business and referrals

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or similar role within the motor trade or retail environment
• Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a track record of exceeding sales goals
• Familiarity with CRM systems and automotive sales processes
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid UK driving licence is essential
