Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Selling new and used cars, alongside accessories, finance products, warranties, and related services
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Keeping customers informed of delivery schedules and managing delays effectively
• Resolving customer queries and ensuring a smooth sales process
• Collecting payments and ensuring completion of sales documentation
• Explaining warranty and service arrangements and introducing customers to the service department
• Demonstrating vehicle features and providing ongoing customer support

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive, preferably within a franchise-approved dealership, though individuals from used car dealerships will be considered
• A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Demonstrable passion for sales, customer service, and delivering results
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Commitment to excellence and professional development
