• Providing personal care and supporting with mobility and medication
• Assisting with meals, shopping, and light household tasks
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Following individual care plans
• Recording and reporting changes in health or wellbeing
• Maintaining the dignity, choice, and respect of every person you support
