Care Home Manager – Nursing

Lymington, Hampshire | £70,000 per annum | Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing care home in the Lymington area.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and commercially minded leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care while developing and supporting a high-performing team.

The Role

• Lead and develop the home’s staff team.
• Ensure excellent standards of care and full CQC compliance.
• Oversee budgets and the commercial performance of the home.
• Drive occupancy and build strong relationships with residents, families and professionals.
• Promote a culture of kindness, compassion and high-quality care.
• Work closely with the Deputy Manager, Administrator and wider support teams.

About You

• Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation.
• Proven track record of delivering high standards of care.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Commercially aware, with experience of occupancy and business development.
• Passionate about person-centred care.
• NMC Registered Nurse desirable but not essential.
