Caretaker – FE College

Location: Eastbourne
Rate: £16–£19 per hour
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Ongoing

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join a Further Education College in Eastbourne on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Duties include:

• General caretaking and site maintenance
• Minor repairs and maintenance
• Ensuring the site is safe, secure and well maintained
• Setting up rooms and facilities
• Supporting contractors and responding to maintenance issues

Requirements:

• Previous caretaking, maintenance or facilities experience
• Practical and proactive approach
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and professional attitude
• Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one
