Job Title: Children's Home Support Worker

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £14.25 - £16.00 per hour

We are looking for dedicated Children's Home Support Workers to join on either a long-term or permanent basis. The successful Children's Home Support Worker will support children of various ages with a range of additional needs including Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism and ADHD, helping to provide high-quality care, emotional support and positive daily routines while promoting well-being and development.

The successful Children's Home Support Worker will have:

• Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification or willingness to work towards it
• Experience working within children's residential care or supporting children and young people with additional needs
• Experience supporting children with Learning Difficulties, SEMH, Autism and ADHD
• A caring, patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts where required
