Registered Manager - Children’s Residential Home
3-Bed Children's Home (Ages 7–17)
Leeds, West Yorkshire
Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 DOE

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Residential Childcare
- At least 1 year’s supervisory experience within a care setting
- Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
- Previous management experience with strong team leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children’s home
- Ensure high standards of care in line with legislation, Ofsted requirements, and best practice
- Create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for young people
- Develop and oversee individual care plans focused on emotional and behavioural development
- Lead, support, and develop the residential care team through supervision and performance management
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and external professionals
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems
