Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care (SY13)
Full-time
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in the SY13 area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing provider committed to delivering high-quality, therapeutic care.
Salary:
- <2 years’ experience: £50,000 rising to £55,000 after probation + £10,000 bonus
- 2+ years’ experience: £55,000 + £10,000 bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing staff team
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations
- Manage referrals, placements, and local authority relationships
- Oversee training, performance, and daily operations
- Create a safe, nurturing environment for young people
Requirements:
- Experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager with Good/Outstanding outcomes
- Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations
- Level 3 Diploma (Children & Young People)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
