Children's Residential Team Leader – Up to £36,500

💷 £34,000 – £36,500 per annum (including sleep-ins)

Are you an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker ready for promotion, or an existing Team Leader looking for a fresh opportunity?

JP Healthcare Recruitment is recruiting for an established children's residential care provider in Southend-on-Sea.

We're looking for a confident, passionate individual who can lead shifts, support a dedicated team and make a genuine difference to young people's lives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in children's residential care

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent

• Experience leading shifts or supervising staff

• Strong safeguarding and behaviour management knowledge

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and sleep-ins
