Job Description:

Site Manager – Civil Engineering

The CSR Group are working with a civil engineering contractor who is seeking a Site Manager to oversee projects across roads, utilities and water infrastructure.

This would suit a hands-on Site Manager with a strong civils background and experience coordinating crews, plant and subcontractors.

Package

• €75,000–€90,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, work sequences and resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant and material deliveries.
• Oversee earthworks, drainage, utilities and roadworks.
• Maintain site safety, quality and progress against the programme.
• Resolve site issues and provide regular progress updates.

Requirements

• Previous Site Management experience within civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of roads, utilities or water infrastructure works.
• Confident managing crews, subcontractors and site logistics.
• Good understanding of drawings, specifications and safe working practices.
• Strong leadership and practical problem-solving skills.
