Salary: £95 - £120 per day

We are seeking motivated Secondary Cover Supervisors who demonstrate exceptional behaviour management skills, alongside a creative and empathetic approach. You will become part of an innovative team delivering a progressive curriculum, maintaining high expectations for all pupils, and inspiring a lifelong passion for learning.

• Level 3 or HLTA qualification (desirable, but not essential).
• PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be considered.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Proactive, approachable, and collaborative attitude.
• Familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales framework and its expectations.
• Understanding of planning and assessment processes.
