Customer Services Administrator (Temp-to-Perm)
📍 Waltham Abbey | 🕘 Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | 💷 £27,000

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator to join a busy and growing property maintenance organisation on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Waltham Abbey, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who is looking for long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing inbound calls and emails from tenants
• Scheduling and coordinating property maintenance appointments
• Liaising with engineers, contractors, and residents
• Updating internal systems with accurate information
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous customer service and administration experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
