Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join a busy transport and logistics team.

This role involves supporting the coordination of transport operations, liaising with customers, drivers, shipping lines, and planning teams, while ensuring bookings and container movements are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing customer enquiries and operational communications.
• Processing bookings and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with drivers, depots, shipping lines, and planning teams.
• Resolving customer and operational queries.
• Updating customer portals and internal systems.
• Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service and administrative experience.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Desirable:

• Experience within transport, logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.
• Knowledge of bookings, container movements, or transport management systems.
