Job Description:

Title: Customer Service Administrator
Reporting to: Customer Service Manager

Main Objective:
To ensure customer orders are processed promptly and efficiently, consistently delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key accounts, providing an exceptional level of customer service within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Accurately process orders using the company system.
• Monitor order progress in coordination with the European Head Office.
• Proactively follow up on orders to keep clients informed and satisfied.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to ensure all customer requirements are met and resolved efficiently.
• Confirm stock availability and provide accurate delivery forecasts.
• Coordinate with carriers and couriers to facilitate deliveries and investigate any delayed consignments.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence.
• Clear and effective communicator, skilled at maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
• Flexible and proactive approach, with a positive, can-do attitude within a small, dynamic team.
• Computer literate; knowledge of SAP is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team player who can also work independently using their own initiative.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, including potential bonus
