• Dealing with and resolving customer queries
• Logging and processing orders
• Liaising with external logistics teams
• Maintaining excellent levels of customer service at all times
• Dealing with after care sales service
• Covering reception duties

Previous administrative experience is essential.  The successful candidate must be a confident communicator and be comfortable using the telephone on a frequent basis.
