Customer Service Advisor
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service advisors to join a storage business based in Southampton. This is a full time permanent position
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
- Deal with sales enquiries from customers
- Selling a range of services available
- Complete all administrative tasks
- Assist with Forklift Duties
- Provide a high level of customer service
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience
- Happy working within a yard environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working within a small team
The Customer Service Advisor Role:
- 40 hrs week – between 8 and 6pm Monday- Friday- shifts
- Saturdays 10am to 5pm and Sundays 10am -4pm
- Required to work 1 in 3 weekends
- 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
