Based in Birmingham

Hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)

£12.71 per hour

Temporary ongoing contract (Approx. 8-9 Weeks)

Start Date: Monday 10th August 2026

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand supporting our Midlands customer base during the busy back-to-school season. You'll be handling inbound calls, emails, and social media messages - answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every customer feels valued and supported.

• Chatting with customers via phone, email, and social media - offering top-notch support and solutions.
• Resolving queries and complaints with empathy, speed, and professionalism.
• Promoting services and spotting opportunities to upsell (in a helpful, non-pushy way!).
• Using systems to track journeys, process refunds, and award compensation where needed.
• Keeping up to date with products and services so you can be a true expert.
• Escalating serious issues and helping us spot patterns to improve service.
• Supporting displaced customers and helping them get back on track.

• A confident communicator with a warm, professional telephone manner.
• Someone who stays calm under pressure and can handle tricky situations with grace.
• Some previous experience in customer service, contact centres, or telephony roles.
• Computer literate and comfortable multitasking across different systems.
• A proactive problem-solver with a "can-do" attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to represent the brand with pride.
