Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and live chat.
• Responding to customer enquiries promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Identifying customer needs and resolving issues with confidence and empathy.
• Developing a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guidance.
• Maintaining clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge, improve processes, and deliver exceptional service standards.
• Ensuring customer interactions are recorded accurately and in line with company procedures.

About You

We're looking for individuals who demonstrate:

• Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering a positive experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make informed decisions.
• Good organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Competent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
