Role: Customer Service Executive
Company: Mid Size – Family Feel Business
Based: Newmarket
Offer: £29,500

We’re delighted to be working with a well-established, highly respected business in Newmarket. They are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month from 9:00am to 12:30pm.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries in a professional and helpful manner
• Assisting customers with bookings and reservations
• Advising customers on products and services, using your knowledge to find the right options
• Updating and maintaining the CRM system with accurate customer information
• Supporting the wider team with general administration and customer service tasks

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a friendly and professional telephone manner
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is organised with strong attention to detail
• Is confident using IT systems and comfortable learning new software
• Has a positive, proactive approach and enjoys working as part of a team
