Customer Service Co-Ordinator
Salary: £25,000-£28,000
Location: Lincolnshire

Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a Manufacturing business based in Lincoln with a Customer Service Co-Ordinator. This role plays a key part in managing customer orders and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will be responsible for accurate and timely order processing, proactive communication with customers and internal teams, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities as a Customer Service Co-ordinator
- Process customer forecasts, firm orders, and spot orders accurately and on time using the ERP system
- Provide delivery confirmations, alternative scheduling options, and regular shipment updates
Manage customer enquiries via email, phone, and online portals, ensuring timely resolution or escalation - Work closely with Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and NPI teams to ensure seamless order flow
- Release shipments to the warehouse and coordinate logistics for on-time dispatch
- Attend customer status and review calls, maintaining proactive and professional communication
Build and maintain strong knowledge of company products, materials, and internal processes
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Strong English and numeracy skills
- Previous experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Proven attention to detail and high data-entry accuracy
