CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Nottingham | Full-Time | In-Person Role

Our client is expanding their Nottingham team and is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to represent well-known UK brands and charitable campaigns through face-to-face customer engagement.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll be out in local communities speaking directly with customers, building relationships, answering questions, and helping people understand the products, services, or causes you’re representing.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Meeting and speaking with customers face-to-face in residential and local community settings

• Creating positive conversations and building strong customer relationships

• Representing established brands and charitable campaigns professionally

• Explaining products, services, and campaigns clearly and confidently

• Understanding customer needs and identifying suitable solutions

• Guiding customers through the sign-up or purchase process

• Working towards individual and team targets

• Developing your communication, customer service, and sales skills

WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR

No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing coaching are provided.

EARNINGS & PROGRESSION

• £600–£800 OTE per week
