Job Description:

We’re looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join a legal technology company that provides Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software for clients.
This is a hands-on role focused on providing excellent customer service on an ongoing temporary basis, starting asap

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to customer queries via live chat in a timely manner
• Manage the customer service inbox, responding to emails and redirecting queries to the appropriate person where needed
• Get up to speed quickly with the company’s technical platform and confidently handle software-related questions
• Provide responsive, accurate and helpful customer support, ensuring queries are dealt with promptly

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar customer service role, ideally within a technology firm.
• A track record of quickly learning technical platforms and confidently handling customer queries
• Strong customer service skills and a genuinely responsive approach
• Someone who is organised and ensures customer queries are acknowledged and resolved promptly
• Comfortable troubleshooting and helping customers with software-related issues
• Confident communicator with a calm, helpful and solutions-focused approach
