Job Description:

Electrical Construction Manager - Data Centre Projects | Reading | £75,000-£95,000

• Subcontractor management - Lead electrical subcontractors, supervisors, and direct labour to ensure safe, efficient, high‑quality delivery.
• Programme & logistics control - Short‑term look‑ahead planning, sequencing, labour allocation, materials management, and coordination with mechanical and architectural teams.
• Quality, testing & commissioning - Implement ITPs, conduct inspections, manage snagging, support energisation, IST (Integrated Systems Testing), and final client acceptance.
• Safety leadership - Review RAMS, manage permits, lead toolbox talks, and uphold strict HSE compliance in a high‑risk, high‑voltage environment.
