Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Role
You'll take ownership of a busy European road freight operation, managing start-to-finish import and export movements while leading a high-performing operations team. This is a hands-on management role where you'll drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience managing European Road Freight operations
• Strong knowledge of start-to-finish import and export processes
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment
