Salary: Starting at £25,000 increasing to £35,000 after 3 months based on performance + commission on sales + uncapped performance-related bonus
The Opportunity
EventAble is seeking a proactive and commercially astute Event Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, converting opportunities and driving growth.
This is about building pipelines, opening doors and converting ambition into revenue.
Working closely with our marketing team, you will focus on generating relevant leads, prospecting, managing enquiries and proposals, driving conversions and revenue generation.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a dynamic and friendly team and to contribute to the success of a new, ambitious event commercial agency.
As one of the first hires in a growing agency, you’ll have a real opportunity to shape how we sell, influence how we grow and see your impact clearly reflected in results, reward and progression.

What You Bring
Experience & Skills
Essential
2+ years’ experience in event, marketing or agency sales
Proven track record delivering £300k+ annual revenue
Strong commercial instincts and confident negotiation skills
Demonstrable experience prospecting, managing pipelines and CRM systems
Demonstrable ability to create persuasive proposals, deliver compelling sales pitches and close deals
Established network in the events, venues and event suppliers’ industry
Excellent organisation, time management and administrative skills
Desirable
Knowledge of public sector procurement and tenders
Sponsorship acquisition and sales experience
Salesforce experience
Background in a growing or start up agency environment
