Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and technically minded Field Service Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking engineering team working on specialist security systems across the South of the UK.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on engineering, fault finding, and problem-solving, while also wanting the variety and independence that comes with field-based work. You’ll be involved in the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of high-security products including hydraulic bollards, road blockers, and integrated access control systems at prestigious and high-profile sites.
The role offers a fantastic mix of technical challenge, career development, and real-world engineering experience, with occasional opportunities for international travel. You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team that genuinely invests in training and progression, making this an ideal opportunity for engineers looking to build a long-term career within a specialist and growing industry.
This position would particularly suit junior or developing engineers who have a strong work ethic, good technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. Full support and ongoing development will be provided, giving the right candidate the chance to rapidly grow their skills and progress within the business.
Applications are strongly encouraged from ex-military personnel, as well as candidates from electrical, mechanical, maintenance, automotive, plant, access control, or similar engineering backgrounds.
